******************************************************************************

New Swimmer Evaluations:

The coaches will send information to all new swimmers on the team. Each new swimmer will sign up for a 10-minute time slot on the day of evaluations (you do not need to be present the entire 1.5 hours)

Practice Supervision:

*Please remember that all swimmers ages 4 through 11 must have a responsible adult supervising them during practice. The coaches must stay focused on the pool. Parents must take responsibility for assisting children in the bathroom, helping an upset child, etc.

*If your swimmer is not fully lap swimming, please sit near your child’s lane and stay focused on him or her throughout the practice. Please serve as a lifeguard for your child throughout the practice.

*Siblings not participating in the current practice may not play in the pool or on the steps when the team is using all five lanes of the pool. Parents, please take responsibility for enforcing this rule so that coaches can focus on coaching.

First Two Weeks of Practice:

*The first two weeks of practice usually have the highest attendance of the entire season. If you are new to the team, please know that the practices become less crowded in June. As many children return to the water for the first time since last summer, please help keep an eye on the pool for the safety of all of the swimmers.
